No time for anyone to be sick – which is why this Big Boost Berry Smoothie, packed full of antioxidants, is the perfect start to everyone’s day.
Big Boost Berry Smoothie
Ready in 3 minutes. Serves 2
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used blueberries and cherries)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup unsweetened pourable yoghurt
Combine ingredients, blend and drink!
