This prize pack will make a great party platter: simply slice and warm the pita bread through and serve with warmed falafel and pots of baba ghanoush and hummus. The garlic is SO garlicky it’s delicious – I pop a spoonful of this in everything, but it’s particularly amazing mixed with butter and parsley on garlic bread!
