Can’t get the kids to eat their greens? Try serving broccoli disguised in this yummy, and super-cheap dip, Load up a cracker or two and the kids will get one of their daily veg servings without even knowing it!
Cheesy Broccoli Dip
Serves 4 as a crudite dip. Ready in 10 mins.
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into small chunks
- 1 cup grated cheese (I used smoked cheddar)
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blitz until you’ve reached desired consistency, adding a little more milk if required.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favourite crackers.
