Creamy Calci-Smoothie


I’ve never had particularly good nails, and it doesn’t help when I’m permanently cooking and washing up! This deliciously creamy smoothie is fantastic for strengthening hair, teeth and nails, and it’s full of fibre as well.

Creamy Calci-Smoothie


  • ½ cup natural yoghurt, unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
  • ½ apple, sliced and cored
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed (I used Lifestream CC Flax)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 drops vanilla paste


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for at least 30 seconds and serve.
